If an email seems too good to be true or it requires you to enter sensitive information... it’s likely a scam. If this happens, contact your IT Department immediately.

If you see an unfamiliar face wandering through our office without proper identification, offer to assist them to their destination. If they refuse or walk away from you, report them to your supervisor.
Pretexting Phone Call Awareness Poster
If you receive a phone call from an unfamiliar person asking you to provide them access to your computer screen or share with them personal or customer data, end the call and report it to the IT Department.
Malicious USB Awareness Poster
If you find or receive a USB drive that isn’t yours, don’t plug it in! Bring it to the IT Department. They will scan it and help locate the rightful owner.
